You have the ability to change the delivery address on a ZoomSportz.com order or cancel your order entirely if you act fast—within 30 minutes of placing your order.
To update your order's delivery address, you'll need to send us an email. Please note, we cannot change or add items to your order. If you need to change an item's colour, size or quantity, simply cancel your order and place a new one.
To cancel your order, if it's within the 30-minute window, you'll need to visit your Orders page, which you can do by clicking the button below.

We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we'll send another email that includes your delivery date, tracking number and a link to an order detail page.
Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps above to track your order.
