  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ZOOMSPORTZ.COM ORDER?
    You have the ability to change the delivery address on a ZoomSportz.com order or cancel your order entirely if you act fast—within 30 minutes of placing your order. To update your order's delivery address, you'll need to send us an email. Please note, we cannot change or add items to your order. If you need to change an item's colour, size or quantity, simply cancel your order and place a new one. To cancel your order, if it's within the 30-minute window, you'll need to visit your Orders page, which you can do by clicking the button below.
  • WHEN CAN I START TRACKING MY ORDER?
    We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we'll send another email that includes your delivery date, tracking number and a link to an order detail page. Just click the link in your confirmation email and follow the steps above to track your order.
  • WHAT IS ZOOMSPORTZ.COM RETURN POLICY?
    You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
  • WHAT ARE ZOOMSPORTZ.COM'S DELIVERY OPTIONS?
    We know you're excited to get the latest Zoom Sportz gear, so we offer the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method during checkout. We'll provide the estimated delivery date based on the delivery method you choose, and we'll include that date in your order confirmation email.
